1. Scope
These Consumer Terms apply when you use Camile AI as an individual for personal purposes.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for your credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Consumer plans billed monthly or annually in BRL.
- Payments via PIX or credit card (Mercado Pago).
- Refunds: within 7 days (CDC Art. 49).
4. Consumer Rights (CDC)
Under Brazilian Consumer Code (Law 8.078/1990): clear information, right of withdrawal, protection against misleading advertising.
5. Entity Interactions
- Entities you create are private. Deletion is irreversible.
- Conversations stored in anonymized form for service improvement.
6. Termination
- Cancel anytime. Data retained 30 days, then deleted.
