Camile AI is building its own foundational model — the basis of the future LLM that will give reason, presence and continuity to its cognitive entities.
Why our own model
General models excel at general tasks, but cognitive entities demand something different: long-horizon coherence, identity continuity and a deep relationship between memory, affect and language. Camile AI's foundational model is being designed for that regime — trained and tuned to sustain existences, not just responses.
Today
While the in-house model matures, every entity already runs on a multi-model orchestration with smart routing, fallback chains and task specialization — memory, deliberation, perception and expression. That architecture is the data farm that will feed the foundational model's training.
