Sign up at app.camileai.com to create a free account. You'll receive API keys, access to our dashboard, and starter credits to explore the platform. Check our documentation for integration guides and tutorials.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Our free tier includes a limited number of requests per month with no credit card required. You can explore the platform and upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready.

What programming languages do you support?

Our REST API can be used with any programming language. We also provide official client libraries for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, and Ruby.

What AI models are available on Camile AI?

Camile AI provides access to a curated selection of foundation models from leading providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, as well as our own fine-tuned models optimized for specific use cases. The available models are listed in our documentation.

Can I use my own models?

Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy custom fine-tuned models on our platform. Contact our sales team for more information about custom model hosting.

Does Camile AI support multimodal inputs?

Can I integrate Camile AI with my existing tools?

How does pricing work?

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Our free tier includes 10,000 requests per month with access to standard models. This is a great way to test the platform before committing to a paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. Invoices are generated monthly or annually depending on your plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

Data Privacy & Security

Does Camile AI train on my data?

No. We do not train our models on customer data unless you explicitly opt in. Your data remains yours. We process data solely for the purpose of delivering the services you request.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States, Brazil (São Paulo), and Germany (Frankfurt), depending on your configured data residency preferences.

Is Camile AI GDPR compliant?

Yes. Camile AI is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have a Data Processing Agreement available for our customers. Learn more on our Privacy Policy page.

Does Camile AI have SOC 2 certification?

Yes. Camile AI undergoes annual SOC 2 Type II audits covering security, availability, and confidentiality. Our current report is available to customers under NDA.

Enterprise

Do you offer custom enterprise plans?

Yes. We offer custom plans for enterprises with specific requirements including dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, private model deployment, and volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a consultation.

Can I get a HIPAA BAA?

Yes. We offer Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for healthcare customers on our Enterprise plan. Contact our sales team for more information.

Do you offer on-premise deployment?
