These Government Terms apply to public administration and regulated sectors.

2. Data Sovereignty

• All data stored and processed exclusively in Brazil (LGPD).
• No extraterritorial access by foreign entities.
• Government may audit infrastructure upon notice.

3. Regulatory Compliance

• LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet, Lei de Acesso à Informação.
• NIST / CIS security controls.

4. Procurement & Bidding

• Lei 14.133/2021 (New Bidding Law) compliant. Electronic bidding supported.

5. Security & Clearance

• TLS 1.3, AES-256, FIPS 140-2 compatible.
• Incident notification within 24 hours.

6. Continuity & Transition

• RPO < 1h, RTO < 4h. 90-day transition assistance.

7. Anti-Corruption

• Lei 12.846/2013 compliant. Integrity program with whistleblower channel.
