These Terms of Service govern your use of the Camile AI platform. Because our platform serves fundamentally different audiences, we provide segment-specific terms that apply based on how you use Camile AI.
Consument B2C
Voor individuen die persoonlijke entiteiten creëren, onze apps gebruiken of zich abonneren op Camile AI-diensten als eindgebruiker.
Zakelijk B2B
Voor bedrijven, agentschappen en organisaties die Camile AI-entiteiten inzetten voor klantenservice, operaties of intern gebruik.
Overheid B2G
Voor openbaar bestuur, overheidsinstanties en gereguleerde sectoren met specifieke compliance- en soevereiniteitsvereisten.
1. General Provisions (All Segments)
The following terms apply to ALL users of Camile AI, regardless of segment:
- Entity: Camile AI Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 46.526.609/0001-08, headquartered at Edifício Barão de Rothschild - Av. Brig. Faria Lima, 1572 - Sala 1022/2815 - Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo - SP, 01451-917.
- Platform: The Camile AI platform comprises autonomous digital entities, APIs, dashboards, and related services.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Brazilian law (LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet, Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
- Modifications: We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice.
- Language: The authoritative version is Portuguese (Brazil).
Acceptable Use
- You may not use Camile AI for illegal activities, harassment, spam, fraud, or IP violations.
- You may not extract, reverse engineer, or replicate Camile AI technology.
- Entities may refuse service or terminate conversations that violate these terms.
Data & Privacy

- Conversation data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
- We do not sell personal data. You retain ownership of your data.
Limitation of Liability
Camile AI is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
