Camile AI engages carefully selected subprocessors to assist in delivering our services. All subprocessors are subject to contractual data protection obligations that are at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement. We conduct due diligence before engaging any subprocessor and monitor their compliance on an ongoing basis.

Subprocessor Changes
We maintain an up-to-date list of all subprocessors on this page. In the event of a material change — addition of a new subprocessor or replacement of an existing one — Camile AI will:
- Update this page at least 30 days before the new subprocessor begins processing data
- Notify customers via email and in-app notification
- Provide customers the opportunity to object to the change, as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement
