1. Scope

These Enterprise Terms apply when a legal entity contracts Camile AI services.

2. Corporate Account

• Designate at least one Administrator. Organization responsible for all activity.
• Multi-tenant isolation: each organization's data is isolated.

3. Service Level & Uptime

• Essential: 99.5% | Professional: 99.9% | Enterprise: 99.99%

4. Data Processing (DPA)

• DPA included. Camile AI = Processor, Organization = Controller.
• Data processed in Brazil.

5. Intellectual Property

• Organization retains data & custom training. Camile AI retains platform IP.

6. Confidentiality

• Mutual confidentiality, survives termination 3 years.

7. Indemnification

Organization indemnifies Camile AI for illegal use or third-party claims.

8. Termination

• 30 days notice. Data export within 30 days.
